I. Shipping Policy:

(1). Shipping Fee: 

Free shipping for orders over 50€. If order is below 50€, a shipping fee of 5€ is required.

(2). Shipping Time & Countries 

For all orders, we will dispatch within 5 working days. In case we run out of stock for some items, we will negotiate with you, to wait or to cancel.

With DPD delivery, for orders to France, usually parcel will be received within the next day after sent out. For orders to other EU countries, usually it will be received within 3~7 working days after we send out the parcel.

For the rest of the world:
With the registered airmail, you could track the delivered information until you receive it. It is safe for the parcel and you can track the delivered information all the way to your home.
3-6 weeks for most Asian countries;
3-6 weeks for United States, Australia, India, United Kingdom and most of European country
4-6 weeks for Canada, Russia, Italy, France, Spain, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Philippines, Africa country, some other country;
5-8 weeks for the South America country or some island country.

For order over 180€ , we can send parcel with express service, but buyer has the responsibility to help courier to make custom clearance, and if there is any tax or charges occured with custom clearance, buyer need to pay first, we will pay to you according to tax bill. We will not bear any losses if the parcel is returned or destroyed by buyer's custom because of buyer not cooperate or not able to clear the parcel out.

These countries and regions are not within our shipping area：
Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China, Aland Islands, Venezuela, Cayman Islands, Jersey, Jamaica, Guadeloupe, Kosovo, United States (1/62 states), United States Minor Outlying Islands, Martinique

After your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number, by searching the tracking number on the tracking websites below, you will be able to follow the latest updates of the shipment provided by the shipping carrier.

2. EMS/DHL/UPS Express/FedEx

(1). Shipping Fee
Shipping is free if items are over 180€, otherwise please email beautilux@beautilux.com to inquire about the extra expedited shipping fee.

With express delivery, buyer has the responsibility to help courier to make custom clearance, and if there is any tax or charges occured with custom clearance, buyer need to pay first, we will pay to you according to tax bill.. We will not bear any losses if the parcel is returned or destroyed by buyer's custom because of buyer not cooperate or not able to clear the parcel out.

For most countries, parcel will be received in 5~7 days after we send out.

II.Cancel Policy

(1). Order within 1 day of payment, we accept cancel the order and refund it fully for you.

(2). Order within 2 days of payment but not shipping, we can cancel the order and refund 90% of the total amount since our staff has picked up the product and packed the parcel at that time, except that, maybe the parcel has been sent to the shipping company’s warehouse.

(3). Order which has been shipped out, sorry that we can not cancel the order. Please understand.

2. Return Policy

(1). You do not need to return it if the product arrives spoiled or damaged, please send us some photos, we will resend or refund it after checking your photos. 

(2). If the item is unused and of good quality within 30 days you receive the parcel, and you are unhappy with the product for any reason, we will gladly refund or exchange other products after receiving the returned parcel. Please email us first before returning the parcel, it is helpful to receive the parcel successfully.

(3). Please noticed that we only accept prepaid packages, and we do not accept any C.O.D.

III.Custom&Tax

For customers from EU countries, you will need to pay VAT for your orders. Please note that we only accept orders below 150€. For orders over 150€, please inquire us before placing an order, otherwise we will not make delivery, thank you.
