I. Registered Airmail

(1). Shipping Fee: Free for orders over $30. 
For orders below $30, you will need to pay $3.99 additionally for Registered Standard Shipping. 

(2). Shipping Time & Countries 
With the registered airmail, you could track the delivered information until you receive it. It is safe for the parcel and you can track the delivered information all the way to your home.
3-6 weeks for most Asian countries;
3-6 weeks for United States, Australia, India, most of European country
4-6 weeks for Canada, Russia, Italy, France, Spain, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Philippines, Africa country, some other country;
5-8 weeks for the South America country or some island country.

These countries and regions are not within our shipping area：

II.Cancel Policy

(1). Order within 1 day of payment, we accept cancel the order and refund it fully for you.

(2). Order within 2 days of payment but not shipping, we can cancel the order and refund 90% of the total amount since our staff has picked up the product and packed the parcel at that time, except that, maybe the parcel has been sent to the shipping company’s warehouse.

(3). Order which has been shipped out, sorry that we can not cancel the order. Please understand.

2. Return Policy

(1). You do not need to return it if the product arrives spoiled or damaged, please send us some photos, we will resend or refund it after checking your photos. 

(2). If the item is unused and of good quality within 30 days you receive the parcel, and you are unhappy with the product for any reason, we will gladly refund or exchange other products after receiving the returned parcel. Please email us first before returning the parcel, it is helpful to receive the parcel successfully.

(3). Please noticed that we only accept prepaid packages, and we do not accept any C.O.D.
